今天是住在這間New Pretty and Cool Place的最後一天~

~天ㄚ~~時間也過太快了吧....超不想退房的...每年跟好

姊妹們都會約好一起旅遊連玩個3天或一個禮拜只要姊

A 5-minute walk to the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, New Pretty and Cool Place is 400 metres from Nha Rong Wharf. The accommodation features a hot tub. Fine Arts Museum is 600 metres from the property.

The accommodation is fitted with a flat-screen TV. Some units feature a seating area and/or balcony. There is also a kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher. There is a private bathroom with a bath or shower in each unit. Towels are available.

New Pretty and Cool Place also includes a fitness centre and indoor pool.

Ben Thanh Market is 800 metres from New Pretty and Cool Place. The nearest airport is Tan Son Nhat International Airport, 8 km from the property. Bitexco Financial Tower is a 15-minute walk away.

丁守中推出育兒政策 設一校一公托

: 年底選舉將屆，中國國民黨台北市長參選人丁守中今天推出育兒政策，包含一校一公托及日間托老樂齡中心、發放嬰兒奶粉補助券等。丁守中受訪時更直指台北市長柯文哲公托政策跳票。

丁守中辦公室上午舉辦托育政策記者會，丁守中團隊競選總幹事王育敏等人也出席。

王育敏表示，檢視柯文哲任內3年多的托育政策成績，公立幼兒園在2014年是149間，3年後，公立幼兒園還是149間，完全沒進步。以公共托嬰中心為例，在柯文哲任內僅增加7間。

丁守中致詞時指出，台北市公托覆蓋率僅1.5%，根本不及格，為減輕育兒負擔，他提出托育政策，包含廣設公共托育，像「一校一公托」利用台北市國中、小閒置教室，以公家場地做為硬體資源，改善公私托幼比例。

他表示，還有一校一日間托老樂齡中心，讓爺奶帶孫兒女上學，也會規劃由市府負責營養午餐，還有獎勵企業設置公托，以減免土地稅房屋稅或用增額容積獎勵方式提升誘因，並規劃大眾運輸站周邊公托政策。

丁守中說，當選後也會規劃設置發放嬰兒奶粉補助券、全面放寬育兒津貼適用家庭與一里一家庭福利服務中心。

丁守中會後受訪時表示，柯文哲公托政策完全跳票，完全不及格，至於托育政策預算部分，要創造相關財源並不難，例如透過捷運周邊土地開發案和容積銀行都能創造財源。
